Meeting started at 6:30 - Thursday;.
Purpose of meeting was for Board to interview 4 prospective candidates for Bldg. Inspector.
1. Jim Stanne.
2. Robert Grover
3. George Fabrizio
4. Douglas Jeffrey.
Each member asked the candidates one or two questions to which they responded. At the completion of interview process, Mr. Haggerty asked Board if they would agree to make their choice on Tues Night, Feb. 4, to which all agreed.
AT 8:10 the Board started budget portion of agenda. Chairman Haggerty welcomed the various representatives and dept. heads and explained the purpose of the meeting was to set the tone and assist in the budget process. The Board was going to sit and listen as budgets were presented and not make any comments until they had a chance to review.

Exec. Sec. spoke on several budgets.

The Chairman thanked those people that attended.
Motion to adjourn by Murdoch, 2nd by Crowley. 5-0 vote.
